Andropause – a condition that afflicts middle-aged men in which their testosterone levels dip – typically causes irritability and mood swings in men between the ages of 30 and 60.  This irritability is caused by hormonal imbalances, which can also cause the following symptoms:

  • Weight gain
  • Decreased energy levels
  • Mental fogginess
  • Lower sex drive
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Loss of muscle mass
  • Depression
