In addition to our Board Certified physician, our staff consists of Registered Nurses, specializing in the injection of Botox and Juvederm, qualified as medical weight loss coaches, and certified in laser treatments,  medical estheticians highly trained in facials, microdermabrasion, peels, and laser hair removal, providing you with the very latest in skin rejuvenation individually to meet your needs.

Our front office staff, also known as medspa coordinators, is the friendliest and most knowledgeable in town. They are well trained with regard to procedures and products and will provide you with excellent service and guide you in making the right choice when it comes to skin care and wellness.

Tara Bell – Licensed Esthetician 

Hi, I’m Tara Bell. I was raised in Goliad, Texas. I’ve received my licenses at the Institute of Cosmetology and Esthetics in 2017 and AMA Microblading Academy in 2018. I specialize in Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Dermaplane, Silk Peel, Picosure Tattoo Removal, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Resurfacing, and Microblading of the Eyebrows. My passion is having my clients relaxed while enhancing their skin and boosting their confidence. I believe that investing in your skin is a benefit that lasts a lifetime. I love Aesthetics because it is an ongoing learning industry, so I keep up with the latest techniques and procedures. I live in Victoria and enjoy spending time with my fiancé, Zacharie, and my cavapoo fur baby Mylie. I also enjoy relaxing on the weekends, spending time with family and friends, watching the Houston Astros, and creating different makeup looks. My favorite treatment to receive at The Fountain of Youth Medical Spa is the Silk Peel because it does a great job at cleaning the pores while exfoliating and hydrating the skin.

Adriana Cantu – Registered Nurseregistered nurse texas

I’m Adriana, born and raised in Victoria, TX. Growing up I knew I wanted to be a nurse. I graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2014 with my RN, BSN. Since then I have worked in the hospital setting then went on to hospice. Now I have found a career in wellness and beauty. I strive to do my best each day and hope to continue to learn.

Melissa Garcia – Patient Coordinator 

Melissa has been working at Dr. Le’s Texas Medical & Wellness Clinic Since 2005. She learned on the job and showed her potential to excel as well as her friendly nature. As the Clinic and Spa Coordinator, she works closely with Dr. Le and the staff at TMWC & FOY to ensure that patient care is top notch. As the Staff Supervisor, she trains staff in procedures and strives to have quality patient relations. In addition, she has assisted Dr. Le in training new staff, enforcing policy and procedure as well as being in charge of inventory.

Larry Thompson – Administration & Accounting Assistant

Bookkeeper for me began in 1981, I was beginning college and my mom had a bookkeeping business. She told me that she would teach me a trade that could carry throughout my lifetime. She was so right. I have been working with books now almost 40 years off and on.
As far as hobbies and interests, my life pretty much revolves around my love for motorcycling and the people associated with this sport.

Jessica Sierre – Receptionist 

Hi, I’m Jessica Sierra, I have been working in the medical field for 10 years, I been in business and managing for 15 years, and a certified Medical Assistant.

I love planning trips with my husband and spending time with my children and grandbabies. I love shopping and makeup, playing dress-up with my granddaughters. That’s why I love working here cause I get to work on both sides of the medical office. Medical and Wellness side to stay healthy and feel great, and The Fountain Of Youth Medical Spa side, where I can keep my skin looking flawless.
