Nhi Le, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Nhi Le, MD is a board-certified internist with advanced certification in Functional and Regenerative Medicine. She earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa.
With over 16 years of experience in Internal Medicine and General Practice, and more than 10 years dedicated to wellness, aesthetic, and anti-aging medicine, Dr. Le brings a comprehensive, patient-centred approach to care. Practising at Texas Medical & Wellness Clinic, she is known to her patients as “Dr. Lei” and is deeply committed to helping individuals look and feel their best.
Dr. Le specialises in achieving natural-looking aesthetic results while addressing the underlying factors that impact health and vitality. By identifying and correcting hormonal imbalances or medical conditions, she helps patients restore energy, confidence, and overall well-being.
Melissa Garcia
PATIENT COORDINATOR
Melissa has been a valued member of Dr. Le’s Texas Medical & Wellness Clinic since 2005. Beginning her career through hands-on, on-the-job training, she quickly demonstrated both exceptional potential and a naturally warm, patient-focused approach.
As Clinic and Spa Coordinator, Melissa works closely with Dr. Le and the teams at TMWC and FOY to ensure an exceptional standard of patient care at every touchpoint. In her role as Staff Supervisor, she is responsible for training team members in clinical procedures, fostering strong patient relationships, and maintaining consistent service excellence.
Melissa also plays a key role in onboarding and training new staff, enforcing clinic policies and procedures, and managing inventory—helping the clinic operate smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest professional standard.
Jessica Sierra

Hi, I’m Jessica Sierra. I’ve spent 10 years in the medical field, along with 15 years in business and management, and I am a Certified Medical Assistant. My background allows me to support both the clinical and operational sides of patient care with confidence and care.
Outside of work, I enjoy planning trips with my husband, spending quality time with my children and grandbabies, shopping, and exploring my love for makeup—especially playing dress-up with my granddaughters.
What I love most about working here is the opportunity to be part of both sides of the practice. On the medical and wellness side, I help patients stay healthy and feel their best, while at The Fountain of Youth Medical Spa, I get to support treatments that keep skin looking radiant and flawless.
