Oxidative stress, is basically a disorder in the balance among the free radical production and antioxidant defenses. Free radicals contains oxygen molecules with uneven number of electrons. This uneven ratio of electrons allows them to effortlessly react with other molecules.
There are many factors that may cause a long term risk for a person to go through oxidative stress. Some of these factors include:
